The Maternal & Child Health app (MCH app) provides reliable information that families can use every day. In one of its releases, we designed the Sleep and Settling feature, this allowed parents to learn about sleep and settling through digestible articles, follow non-linear research-based strategies or build skills with step-by-step guides.
