Port Phillip City Council’s digital ecosystem was in need of a significant upgrade. Many customers reported that they were unable to find what they were looking for, or that they required further information while using the council, markets and events sites. The custom pattern library in which the sites were built upon had various components that were clear and engaging. This allowed users to find information quickly and encouraged them to progress through the site.
